Exploration of innovative teaching practice for high-quality aircraft maintenance talent in the new era:Taking the case library construction of Aircraft Corrosion and Protection as an example
The construction project of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching case library is a basic teaching fa-cility that responds to the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education by the State Council and the Minis-try of Education,strengthens the training of innovation and entrepreneurship talent,and promotes mass entrepre-neurship and innovation in depth.Aiming to train high-quality aircraft maintenance talent with innovative and en-trepreneurial awareness in the context of new engineering in the new era,this article,taking the core course Air-craft Corrosion and Protection of civil aviation aircraft maintenance engineering as a starting point,analyzes the current situation of the construction of case library for undergraduate courses in colleges and universities,fully considers the basic requirements of practical operation and high industry practice requirements for civil aviation aircraft maintenance majors,and carries out curriculum teaching practice through innovation and entrepreneur-ship practices such as case library construction,teaching method reform,scientific and technological innovation content expansion,and industry knowledge connection.It proposes a hierarchical case library of"theory,engi-neering,innovation,and entrepreneurship"and fully applies it to teaching design.It aims to continuously improve students'innovative and practical ability and contribute to the strategy of building a civil aviation power in the as-pect of high-quality talent training.
