The research of eliminating conflict between doctors and patients by empathy training of medical stu-dents
Doctor-patient communication has an important impact on medical staff and patients,which has al-ways been the focus of public concern and directly affects the level of medical and health services.This study took the cultivation of empathy ability as a breakthrough point to ease the doctor-patient relationship,analyzed the in-fluencing factors,value and existing problems of empathy ability of medical staff,and put forward four ways to cul-tivate empathy ability of medical students:giving full play to the advantages of specific courses,reforming the rel-evant teaching content of humanities courses,improving the level of professional ethics training,and forming a joint force between professional teachers and clinical teachers.
