基于建构主义理论的PBL教学模式在生物药物分析课程中的应用

加强课程的综合实用性,培养学生的自主学习能力,实现以学生为中心的教学理念是当前高等教育课程教学改革的重点.该研究以建构主义理论为指导,在生物药物分析课程中开展以问题为导向的教学模式,设置问题情境,采用支架式、随机进入式等多种方法为学生搭建框架,引导学生全方位、深入地理解和探索知识点,并将形成性评价应用于整个教学过程,以打造完整的生物药物分析PBL教学体系.实践结果显示,学生学习成绩提高,对课程教学的满意度提升,自主学习能力提升.
The application of PBL teaching model based on constructivism theory in the course of Biopharmaceutical Analysis
Strengthening the comprehensiveness and practicability of curriculum,cultivating students'autono-mous learning ability,and realizing the student-centered teaching idea are key points of the current curriculum teaching reform in higher education.Under the guidance of the constructivism theory,this study carries out the problem-based teaching model in the course of Biopharmaceutical Analysis.We set up problems in scenarios,ad-opted scaffolding,random entry and other methods to provide students with studying framework,so that students could explore and understand knowledge in various aspects and at a deep level.We applied formative assessment in the whole teaching process,and formed a complete problem-based teaching system of Biopharmaceutical Analysis.The results showed that the students'academic performance,satisfaction with course teaching and self-learning abilities were improved.
