Management plays an important guiding role in the training of management talent with strong political qualities,firm ideals and beliefs,solid theoretical knowledge,and strong practical ability.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out ideological and political education in the course.This paper emphasizes the main role of students,con-structs a"dual-subject"teaching model of ideological and political education for the Management course,and ex-plores the design methods of teaching content and teaching methods under this teaching model,in order to provide a direction and idea for ideological and political education in management courses.
