创新创业教育是推动高等教育高质量发展的重要根基。"创新管理"是创新创业教育中的基础性课程,是落实创新创业教育的重要着力点。为提升"创新管理"课程的教学质量和教学效果,该文以"创新的概念与类型"为例,从教学目标设计、迅速激活、多元学习、有效测评和简要总结五个环节阐述了O-AMAS有效教学模型在"创新管理"课程中的应用,为"创新管理"的教学设计提供新的可行思路。
A study on the teaching practice of Innovation Management based on the O-AMAS effective teaching model
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important root for promoting the high-quality develop-ment of higher education.Innovation Management is a fundamental course in innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is an important focus point for the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education.In order to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of the course of Innovation Management,"concepts and types of innovation"is taken as an example to elaborate the application of the O-AMAS effective teaching model from five aspects:objective,activation,multi-learning,assessment,and summary.This paper provides new feasible ideas for the teaching design of the course of Innovation Management.
