Research on promoting innovation in student management in higher vocational colleges
This paper focuses on the innovation research of student management in higher vocational colleges.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of student management in higher vocational colleges,pointing out prob-lems such as outdated concepts,rigid models,low degree of professionalization in the workforce,single means,and the need for improvement in evaluation systems,and elucidates the necessity of promoting innovation.Sec-ondly,it dissects typical innovative cases of student management in higher vocational colleges both domestically and abroad.Furthermore,it explores innovative models based on information technology,socialized management,and student participation.Finally,it proposes four strategies to promote innovation:deepening the construction of teacher teams,improving institutional systems,promoting departmental coordination,and enhancing student par-ticipation,and prospects the future development of student management in higher vocational colleges.
