An analysis of the cultivation path of ecological literacy in higher vocational English teaching from the perspective of ecolinguistics
With the continuous deepening of ecological civilization construction in China,it is urgent to improve the ecological literacy of the people.As the cradle of talent for the new era,colleges and universities have become an important part in promoting ecological civilization construction.Therefore,colleges and universities should cul-tivate students'ecological literacy in a standardized,long-term and systematic way in daily teaching.Based on the theory of ecolinguistics,this paper discusses how to integrate ecological teaching design into higher vocational English teaching and how to conduct ecological discourse analysis of texts,so as to better help students realize the feasibility and importance of language in dealing with ecological problems,and further guide students to establish a correct ecological view,thus achieving the purpose of cultivating ecological literacy in higher vocational English teaching.
