中文摘要：针对胜利油田利深1井废弃钻井泥浆色度、COD超标严重、含水率高的现状，采用固液分离技术，即对钻井泥浆体系进行破乳处理，分离出部分水分，然后采用固化处理技术进行无害固化处理，利用现有的施工工艺，完成了该井1980m3钻井泥浆的无害化处理，使污染指标完全控制在国家《污水综合排放标准》（GB8978-1】996）允许的一级标准范围，以实现达到环保要求，有效地控制污染的目的。
