中药脑脊液药理学方法研究的概况
Generalize the Methods of Study Cerebrospinal Fluid Pharmacology of Chinese Materia Medica
摘要
体外实验方法对于药理学研究至关重要，特别是在细胞、亚细胞、分子等水平进行深入的机制研究时，但此方法对于中药而言，存在许多问题。中药血清药理学作为一种新的体外试验方法，其实验结果被证明更加可信，与整体实验的相关性更好。随着中医药研究的不断深入以及中枢神经系统疾病防治的需要，中药复方有效成分是否能通过血脑屏障并产生效用已成为亟待解决的问题。中药脑脊液药理学方法的提出不仅为我们提供了一种科学的方法．更为中药复方作用的物质基础和作用机制研究带来了新思路。
