摘要
基于构件的开发方法是比较成熟的软件复用技术，但它不适合中小型软件企业采用，敏捷开发过程可以应对需求的变化和不明确的需求，可以帮助企业快速响应市场赢得竞争，但它不是面向复用的，缺乏明确的面向复用的策略，而两者具有很好的互补性，因此，本文提出一种把两者结合起来适合于中小型软件企业的开发方法。
