中文摘要：通过对世界优秀女子400m栏运动员的成绩及相关数据的分析与比较表明，决定400m栏成绩因素的不是最大栏间速度，而是如何合理的分配体力与栏节奏的结合看作重点，注重全程节奏的稳定性，减少速度的波动幅度；世界优秀女子400m栏运动员的成绩与平均栏间时间存在着显著相关性，从分段时间看，第1段呈显著相关性；第2段呈非常相关显著性；第3段呈高度相关显著性。
