摘要
本文首先对目前高校图书馆存在的突出问题进行浅述，进而对存在的问题的原因进行分析，最后提出了进一步推进图书馆科学发展的策略。
Abstract
First, the outstanding problems existed in today＇s colleges and universities are presented. Then, the reasons that lead to the existence of problems are analyzed. Finally, tactics to further promote the development of library science are suggested.
