摘要
近年来，中职学校在突出技术性、专业性、针对性，强调技术教育的过程中，将注意力过多地放在了职业技能培训上，淡化了职业技术教育的育人、综合素质教育，导致部分学生虽然具有良好的专业技能，但由于基础理论较差，专业技能不能得到更好的提高，再由于综合素质原因导致无法适应非技术性职业环境。这种现象不仅影响了中职学校的长远发展，也影响了学生在社会上的适应性。因此，加强中职学生专业技能培训的同时。也要重视文化基础课、专业基础理论课的学习，也要重视学生的综合能力培养。
