城市污水处理厂建设工程风险管理分析

摘要
从污水处理厂建设管理的特点出发，介绍了某城市处理厂建设工程的风险管理。在分析研究该工程风险管理背景的基础上，从系统风险和非系统风险两个方面对该建设工程的风险进行有效识别。其系统风险主要有政治风险、金融风险和不可抗力风险等三大类；非系统风险主要有市场风险、信用风险、完工风险和生产经营风险。同时指出该建设工程的主要风险是能源和原料供应风险、技术风险、完工风险和利率风险。并且对这些主要风险提出了相应的规避方案。
