彩票发行方案的合理性评价
Lottery Project Rationality Evaluation
摘要
本文根据目前常见的彩票发行方案,综合分析了总中奖率、高项奖中奖率以及中大奖的期望收益等影响彩民吸引力的因素。首先将这3个因素作为变量建立线性评价函数,通过偏好系数加权法得到不同权重下的合理性指数,找出较优的发行方案。然后建立非线性模型,给出更为一般的判断方法,供彩票发行部门参考。
