摘要
着眼于重庆市区的交通现状,结合未来几年内重庆的交通规划建设,提出了可持续发展理念下畅通城市的内涵。为推动＂畅通重庆＂的建设与发展,对目前重庆市城市交通供求特征、现状进行了分析评价,准确把握当前城市交通的主要问题。在科学发展观的指导下,根据构建和谐社会、节约型社会等各个方面要求,提出合理的交通发展策略,通过对机场、水运、铁路、公路规划方案的实施,形成了一个完整的城市交通系统,确定交通设施和交通管理规划,以达到畅通城市的要求。
