摘要
随着我国高等护理院校毕业生数量的逐年增加,以及由于医疗体制的改革,护理模式的转变,社会对护士的要求明显提高,用人单位＂门槛＂增高,护理本科毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻。而礼仪修养作为个人素质的一项重要体现,在护理本科毕业生的求职过程中起到了非常重要的作用。本文就加强礼仪教育对护理本科生就业的影响作了分析。
