摘要
学生馆员在完善图书馆各项工作方面起着一定作用,加强对他们的管理、提高他们的水平和自身素质,让他们掌握一定的工作技能,能对周围的读者能够产生好的影响。学生馆员是从读者中来,又服务于读者,图书馆有了这一特殊的人力资源,能够提高图书馆的服务质量,促进图书馆的持续发展。
