Application of TOT Model in the Subject Librarian Services

文章论述目前学科馆员服务的方式及弊端,探讨将培训者培训的TOT模式引入学科馆员服务中,以提高学科馆员的服务质量和文献资源的利用率。
Abstract
The style of subject librarian service and its malpractice were discussed, and application of TOT model in the subject librarian services were approached which would raised the quality of subject librarian services and availability of literature.
