我国公民养老权的现状及发展对策

摘要
公民养老权是公民享有的一项基本权利,也是一项法定权利。我国公民养老权制度尚不完善,造成实践中城乡公民养老权不平等。我国应当尽快完善相关立法,建立城乡统一的养老保障制度,依法平等保护公民养老权。
