河南省在水资源开发利用中存在一系列问题，如水体污染、用水浪费现象、地下水开采不舍理等问题。针对河南省水资源现状．提出了加强宣传、提高公众参与度、加大管理力度、加强污水治理、加强流域治理、提倡节约用水等相应的对策。
