摘要
依据光折射原理，建立了利用光折射法测量牛乳乳糖质量含量的理论模型，提出了牛乳乳糖质量含量的快速高准确度测量方法。实验结果表明，本方法能准确、快速的测量牛乳中乳糖质量含量。
