摘要
通过对国内小城镇排水体制现状的分析，并结合对各种排水体制的影响因素的比选，建立了小城镇排水体制选择的效益一费用模型，并采用层次分析法和灰色关联度方法进行分析计算，得出适用于小城镇排水体制选择的量化方法。
