摘要
本文结合高校网络教学对网络试题库的实际需求，提出了优化试题库的理论基础，实现了集用户管理、试题管理、试卷管理、在线考试、数据库管理、成绩管理等功能为一体的基于网络的试题库系统，对考试成绩科学地统计分析并及时反馈。
