十二烷基硫醇用量对溶液聚合丙烯酸酯树脂性能的影响
The Influence of The Amount of 1-dodecanethiol on Properties of Acrylic Resin of Solution Polymerization
摘要
以十二烷基硫醇为分子量调节剂，在丁醇中进行丙烯酸酯溶液聚合，制备了水性涂料用丙烯酸树脂，讨论了十二烷基硫醇的用量对产物分子量等性能的影响。发现随着十二烷基硫醇用量的增加，得到的丙烯酸树脂分子量减小，玻璃化温度（Tg）曲影响不大。所得树脂用胺中和后得到自乳化乳液，发现十二烷基硫醇用量的增加，可使乳液粘度显著减小。所得乳液用氨基树脂加热固化，性能良好。
