对正余弦变换的其中两种方法精度及效率进行了对比，虽然在计算效率上折线逼近法不及数值滤波法，但在精度两者不相上下。
Abstract
The paper contrast two methods of the sine and cosine transform, though the Hankel trans-Form is good at computing efficiency, but they are both good at precision.
