在扼要介绍了近年来钻井法凿井方案的基础上，为了提高钻进效率，研究实施了全断面一次钻进的方法。在实际应用中其钻进效率并不高，本文就其原因进行分析，对全断面一次钻进钻头结构进行优化，提出了解决方案，为类似工程施工提供了成功的经验
