基于CAN总线的双离合器式自动变速器综合控制
Synthetic Control of DCT Based on Controller Area Network
摘要
开发用于轿车的双离合器式自动变速器电控单元(TCU)的总线系统,应用网络分析工具CANoe搭建系统CAN网络节点的仿真平台。对网络的拓扑结构、应用层数据定义及总线波特率进行了仿真与优化,并根据仿真结果分析总线运行情况。提出轿车电动干式双离合器的综合控制策略,整车试验结果表明通过CAN总线使TCU与ECU之间进行实时通信,对发动机、双离合器和变速箱三者进行综合控制,能够有效提高DCT轿车的换档品质,实现动力换档。
