摘要
图书馆是人类精神文明和物质文明的重要知识文化窗口,也是构建和谐社会不可缺少的因素。本文通过对图书馆的特征分析,提出了构建和谐图书馆所应注意的各方面的问题及建议,希望能对图书馆的文化传承做一些理论性的探讨。
