深圳高职院校招生改革的思考
Thinking Over Shenzhen Higher Vocation-technical Colleges＇enrollment Reform
摘要
高职教育的发展,为社会培养了大量高技能人才。随着社会经济发展对人才的进一步需求,原招生方式、政策与之相比,更新稍显滞后,使得高职院校招生面临严重挑战,成为阻碍高职院校发展的瓶颈之一。本文以深圳为例,从招生指标分配、进一步推进教育公平拓宽生源等方面进行分析,希望为深圳高职教育的发展献计献策。
