摘要
近年来,跨国并购作为国际直接投资的重要方式,受到了各国企业的青睐,可谓是风起云涌。然而,大规模并购中却不乏失败之例。文化差异是造成跨国并购失败的主要原因之一。本文从跨文化的角度探讨了企业并购后所面临的种种文化问题,分析了文化冲突产生的原因,并提出了跨国并购文化整合的若干具体措施。
