探析提高社会体育指导员指导效果的方法

摘要
我国社会体育指导员经过了十几年的发展,在社会体育发展中的地位越来越重要,本文通过对我国社会体育指导员现状的研究和分析,发现指导率低下是影响社会体育指导员工作的一个重要问题,并从社会体育指导员的定向培养、完善监督评价体系和制定激励标准三个方面对如何提高社会体育指导员的指导效果进行探讨。
