摘要
信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养的特色是它的应用性和创新性,通过比较国内综合大学和地方院校信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养模式,分析了当前地方院校人才培养模式存在的主要问题;根据当前的有关人才培养模式绩效影响因素的理论研究,分析了影响地方院校人才培养模式的主要因素,并以此为基础提出了地方院校信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养模式绩效的理论模型和研究假设。
