瑞士和德国的学徒制对我国工学结合人才培养模式的借鉴价值
摘要
学徒制是"工学结合"人才培养模式的主要形式之一,也是德国和瑞士职业教育体系中用以解决大量青年就业问题的主要模式。本文在对两国学徒制比较分析的基础上认识思考,从中获得对我国高等职业教育改革实践具有借鉴意义的宝贵经验和思想启示。
