变频泵出口恒压力控制的PLC方案
Constant Pressure Output Under PLC and Frequency Converter Controlling
摘要
目前淡水厂的泵出口水压力调节绝大部分要求恒压控制,而系统的各种扰动都会影响到泵出口的实时水压力。通过系统反馈的出口供水压力,调节变频泵的转速来实现恒压控制的目的。因此变频泵速度给定的控制方案就成了恒压控制的关键。为了保证变频泵的快速响应并且不出现超调,本文采用了分段速度给定的办法。
Abstract
It is important to realize constant pressure output in the waterworks. All kinds of disturbance can affect output pressure. We can control the pump speed by feedback pressure to supply constant pressure output. So it is crucial how to control pump speed.
