摘要
医学高等院校图书馆是为医学教学科研服务的重要机构,服务质量的优劣,很大程度上取决于馆员综合素质的高低。本文笔者就如何提高医学高等院校图书馆员的思想政治素质、业务素质及技能素质所采取的措施和途径谈一些粗浅的看法。
