模因论的汉语菜单语篇英译对翻译教学的启示
Application of Memetics in the Translation of Chinese Menu Discourse
摘要
模因跟基因作为个体生命特征的最小载体一样,模因是语言文化信息的载体,模因论认为语言翻译就是通过一种模因转换成另一种等效语用功能模因的文化信息的跨文化传播的过程。以模因论为基础对汉语菜单语篇的英译做了分析,发现非文学语篇翻译在英语翻译教学中可以借助模因翻译理论作出合理的说明与诠释。
