本文分析了楼宇智能校内实训基地的主要功能,同时以楼宇智能校内实训基地运行模式为基础进行运行机制的评价体系构建,遵循＂企业化管理、市场化运作＂思想指导,建立适应＂三位一体＂的基地运行模式的评价体系,从而提高基地的利用效率,确保专业学生的实训效果。
