摘要
此篇论文根据Elsevier公司的最新用户统计报告,对华北电力大学历年Elsvier期刊全文数据库的经费情况、使用成本、使用习惯等做了详细统计,并对如何利用数据库的使用统计分析指导图书馆的工作以及在学校的科研教学中起到的作用,做了一些分析研究。
