人大代表直接选举制度的分析与对策

摘要
目前我国的直接选举实行按城乡不同的人口比例选举人大代表;选区的划分多样性;每个选区选出多名代表;可以随意改变选区的大小和形状以保证有关领导当选为代表;选民登记采取户籍所在地登记制;这些都造成了选举的不平等。如何实现选举权的平等？应逐步完善直接选举制度,科学的划分选区。
