医院竞争力形成机制与评价体系初探
Theory Study on the Mechanism Competitiveness of Hospital and the Evaluation Index System
摘要
本文依据企业竞争力理论,从环境、资源和能力角度出发,通过对医院竞争力内涵的分析,阐述了经营环境是医院竞争力形成的外部影响因素,医院资源和医院能力分别是医院竞争力形成的支撑和内部根源。在此基础上,遵从设计原则从环境、资源、能力和市场表现四个方面初步构建了医院竞争力的评价体系,为医院在市场竞争中确立竞争优势提供参考,并对评价体系存在的问题提出改进方向。
