摘要
用ALLIANCE型自动分析仪测定烟草中的氨，并在测总氮反应模块的基础上，依氨含量测定原理，在不增加任何设备的情况下，只更改反应试剂。实现总氮和氨含量测定之间的切换。该方法具有简单、高效、重复好等特点，适用于各种烟草样品中氨含量的测定。
