矢量网络分析仪的时域测量

摘要
本文介绍了矢量网络分析仪进行时域测量的数学原理，分析了数据的处理过程，不同的参数设定对变换结果的影响以及窗函数在提高测量动态范围、改善测量结果中的作用，并比较了低通和带通两种测量模式各自的特点。最后本文通过一个实例介绍了网络仪在测量传输线阻抗失配点位置的具体应用。
