QS1200全断面道砟清筛机筛分车新型调平装置的研究
Research on New Leveling Equipment of QS200 Whole Section Ballast Screening Car Cleaning Machine
摘要
筛分系统为清筛机系列最主要的工作机构，其工作稳定性直接决定了清筛机系刘的-薹作效率。在筛分系统中，调平机构起很大作用，通过调平装置能有效的提高振动筛的筛分性能。本文主要从工作机构及工作原理介绍了一种QS1200奎断面道砟清筛机筛分车上设计的新型调平系统，它通过调平油缸对车架的调整，实现振动筛、输送带等部件的整体调平，即在满足筛分能力的同时耩起了输送带回填平整，可以很好的提高回填效率。另在设计上增加了电控的自动调平装置，以便于操作简单化。
