中国的大学与公务员一样，与行政级别挂钩。学校的一切管理事务是领导说了算，教授和普通老师仅仅服从而已，这造成了大学管理的“官本位”现象。本文分析了大学行政化的弊端，指出大学“去行政化”管理改革是一个系统工程，坚持学术管理不能行政化、行政管理不能学术化的思路，贯彻教授治校、学术至上的办学理念，实施学术本位管理。最终建立现代大学管理体制。
