本文从自身工作实践出发，首先阐述了高职院校辅导员工作的重要性，接着分析了“90后”高职大学生的特点，最后为做好高职院校辅导员提出了几点自己的。得体会。辅导员工作的关键在于做到以学生为本，以学生利益为先，时时处处为学生着想。
