本文将ISO9000质量管理体系引入高校体育人力资源管理过程,针对高校体育教育质量管理设计出基本框架,提出控制影响高校体育人力资源质量的各个环节,制定能力评价体系,从内外两方面对高校体育人力资源质量管理过程进行监控。
