摘要
本文通过跨文化交际能力问卷对我院英语专业学生及非英语专业跨文化交际能力的现状进行比较，并剖析了我院学生跨文化交际的深层障碍，并提出如何消除障碍，培养和提高大学生跨文化交际能力的相关建议。
