摘要
本文以YL-335B型自动生产线实训考核装置为背景,以传输单元为例重点讲述了PLC对机械手自由转动的控制,指出伺服电机在机械手定位中的应用,大大提高了置位的准确度,并用PLC对其进行速度控制,增强了其应用性。该设备使用效果良好,成本低,同时具备在三维空间内大范围作业的功能。
