气动钻杆卡瓦的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of the Drill Stems Pneumatic Slip
摘要
气动卡瓦以结构合理,操作简单,工作安全等优点取代了传统卡瓦作业方式,应用越来越广泛。本文首先阐述了气动卡瓦的结构,工作原理。对处于工作状态下的卡瓦体和钻杆进行了有限元分析,结果表明气动钻杆卡瓦能够很好的卡紧钻杆而又不压溃钻杆,卡瓦体体本身变形量也很小,不会损坏,验证了气动卡瓦工作的安全可靠性。
